If getting to sleep is your problem then listen to the recording every night when you get into bed.
If staying asleep is you problem then listen to the recording in the early evening, before you get ready for bed. Also, keep the recording next to your bed, you can play it again if you do wake up.
Most people find that their sleep improves gradually over 2 to 3 weeks, so be persistent! You will get there if you relax and give it time.
