Overcome Misophonia by Michelle Harris

$9.90

If you’ve ever felt infuriated by the noises of people chew, breathing, or swallowing you may have misophonia. Misophonia affects between 10 to 60% of the population, and can be extremely detrimental to the ability to enjoy normal relationships, and everyday life. Like many psychological conditions, a large component of the problem is the person’s focus of attention. Too much attention to background noise allows that noise to become exaggerated in the mind of the listener. When that happens, thought processes help to exaggerate the importance of the noise.
